It means Withdrawal due to Tournament Administrative Error. It happened to me last time since the referee imformed me a wrong address and I didn't find the site.

you are right, the tae means that the player didnt show up. so it was actually a Player Error

That's a good possibility of what it means, but the only thing with that is I see wd(tae) way too many times for it to be a Tournament Administrative Error every single time. I think it's like a default reason for the Wd online or something, but you could be right, of course, maybe I probably don't know what I'm talking about.
