1. Nope. Because that 7pt head light puts a lot of weight into the handle so you don't get as much power potential from the head, so you really got to have some muscles to put depth, power, and pace into the ball. Its a player's frame which is usually head light and don't have much power at all.
2.Low on the power scale, just because its weight emphasis is on the handle. It does, however, have really good control. As for spin, the 16x19 version will have a greater spin factor than the 18x20 because the 16x19 has a open string pattern to really bite on the ball when it hits.
3.Its going to be 338. when you finish string it, so if you're 15, it might be a bit heavy for you, but if its 315g's with strings than I feel like its a decent weight for you because you will eventually generate muscles in your arm. If it is a little too slug in your hands then I would probably start at 300g's and work my way up.
4.As for now, don't worry about the strings. You're 15, if you're asking these questions, then you probably don't have that much experience compared to guys who play in tournaments. I played with cheap syn. gut for the past 5 years. Remember, you can't blame it on the racquet and strings as much as you have to blame yourself. I've seen a varsity use a target brand racquet to beat a JV player who has the wilson blx that federer uses (6-1,6-0), so yeah. I've seen it with my own two eyes.
