If there are Federer and Nadal playing in grand slam, then there is no chance for Soderling, Djokovic, Murray or Davydenko to win grand slam title.

Yes, Djokovic has won his first grand slam title in Australia Open 2008. But after that, what happen to him? He has been defeated in 4 quarter-finals and 3 semi-finals and 2 early exit. He even never get into any grand slam final anymore.

Murray has made into two grand slam finals but fail to win one and even lost straight set in both matches to Federer. It is useless for him to beat all othes except Federer. Where is his full confidence as the best of all?

Davydenko show that he can be the best of all when he win ATP tour final last year. However, he seems like he can't show his consistency in two weeks grand slam tournament. He was always "down" in 2nd week. In 2007, I still can see him appeared in semi-final of grand slam. From 2008 onwards, he never entered the grand slam semi anymore.

Soderling is another Murray. He show that he can beat all others in French Open except in final.
So, he showed his power all the way to final in French Open 2009 but lost straight set to Federer.
This year, he show his power again all the way to final but I don't think he can win the title because he can't defeat Nadal (King of Clay) this time.

Do you think Soderling, Djokovic, Murray and Davydenko have chance to win grand slam title anymore?

Never say never. You wouldn't know what will happened in the future. As Federer and Nadal rivalry no longer as dominated as before, I think players will have higher chances to win grand slam as ever before. See how Del Potro has done it. And please let me make a brief analysis for the above players you've mention.

Soderling - He's playing his second French Open final tomorrow. So don't say just quite yet. No doubt that Nadal is the heavy favourite but you wouldn't know what will really happen until the match is really over. Each match is different. Soderling has alot of improvement as ever and still improving each year. His confidence grows higher than ever. And he's only 26. Even he lost tomorrow, he still has bright chance to win grand slam in the future. I hope Nadal wins tomorrow (coz he's one of my favourite player), otherwise you have to eat your words :P

Murray - He is one of the youngest out of the four. He has reached final in U.S Open and Australian Open, semifinal at Wimbledon. Basically, it has shown that he has the skills to win majors title. But the main thing is whether he can handle the pressure and overcome mental problem. It took Agassi four finals and Lendl five finals to win a major titles. When they lost the first few finals, people started to doubt whether they will ever win major. Same thing to Murray. If he can overcome the mental thing, winning major is just a matter of time.

Davydenko - No offensive here. To be honest, out of the four, he has the slimest chance to win grand slam. Time are against him as he turn 29 this year. At this point of the career, an injury might be harmful and destroying. In my opinion, he only have a couple of years of good tennis in him. He must make full use of it or else he might retire empty handed.

Djokovic - He is the only grand slam champion out of the four. Therefore, you can only use the word "anymore" to him but not the other three. Even the Serbian performance hit low for the past half year or so and partly because of his health condition and injuries, I still believe there are some best tennis to come from Nole. With Federer the great going to retire (turning 29 this year) in the few years to come, time are at Nole side as his only 23. I think he'll win more grand slam in the future.

I think he will win several more slams during his career. I strongly believe that at his best he is a better player than Murray. He's a more attacking player than Andy and can play the defensive game as well as the Scot. If Novak had converted on one of those set points in Miami, he would have won the match - the heat and humidity caused his loss, not Murray (Novak needs to work on this weakness). Djokovic has shown more heart and confidence in grand slams than his rival Murray, and until the latter actually wins a slam, Novak is the better player.

Soderling- he is just not good enough to play well for 7 matches i mean he lost 1st rd of the aussie open. that should show how streaky he rly is.

Djokovic- he already won one, but he wont win til Federer is gone.

Murray- he is all talk and no game. he does not have the tools to win. both times hes been n the finals he got worked and if he wins Nadal, Federer, and Djokovic win b gone. If Muray wins a grand slam it shows rly how weak the level of play is. Most over rated player of all time.

Davydenko- out of all of them i think he has the best chnace. he won the masters. Davydenkos biggest issue is injuries. if he were healthy he would have been a contender for the french bcuz clay is his best surface. Also, if he would have beaten Federer, he would have won the aussie open.
