Who is better Federer or Nadal? and why?

For me its Federer because he is the most intelligent in the game.

Federer- More grand slams and tournaments won and can handle different players better than Nadal. Nadal has a better head to head record, but he seems to have more injuries than Roger so I believe Roger is the greatest player of all time to play at his level and not be injured very often

Well Federer is the better out of the two at the moment, but Nadal really is gaining on him.

I think Federer is better because he just seems so at home on the tennis court and his games are so much more interesting to watch. I dunno why but I think there is something almost childish about the way Nadal plays compared to him.

First of all I'm tired of these questions,because if people answer what they think is true,they get thumbs down for expressing their opinion, it is just not fair.BOTH ARE GREAT PLAYERS.I think the two are great but I just prefer Nadal.I don't want to offend Federer fans but this is an answer I wrote for a similar question



"Rafael Nadal is better on court and off court.He plays tennis well, he behaves wonderfully after winning and we all remember the beautiful speech he gave (after winning the Australian Open) consoling and complimenting Federer, and he is so gracious even after losing, I think he is the only player who has never thrown his racket, refused to shake a referee's hand or insulted other players.don't get me wrong, I like Federer, but he did some of the things mentioned and he often makes remarks about players who are lower than him.I don't remember the match well but one time after losing to a player who was not well known at the moment, Roger said "the best players do not always win".that was a terrible and wicked statement to give.

Anyway,both are great players and I like the two of them but I think Tennis is not only about winning and breaking records, it is being gracious and elegant, respecting your rivals and giving your best.Nadal really is an example to follow"

it is just my opinion. I can't help the way I feel about Nadal, I think he a better tennis player and a great person.

Many people feel that way about Federer so pleeeeeeeeease stop asking questions like that over and over again, and stop thumbing people down coz they PREFER a player over the other
