What Table Tennis Blades and Rubbers are cheap but also good for their value?

Question

So I'm an intermediate table tennis player, (best in the school), and I really want a better paddle. I've done some research on companies like giant dragon, stiga, xion, and many more. Unfortunately, I am extremely confused because, for example, there would be blade saying a certain amount (mm) of rubber is used on the blade and therefore, I do not know which blades and/or rubbers to get. Currently, I have a Stiga Optima that I bout at Dick's Sporting Goods. I need both a good rubber (any spin and/or control) and a blade, for a price that will not be high. I am looking for good, but cheap blades and rubbers (and so they live up to their value when I use them). Please explain to me the whole deal with rubbers (millimeters) and blades (which go to which). Also I need to find some cheap ones. THANKS!!

Butterfly is pretty good. I don't know what you mean by cheap. Some entry level Butterfly blades are under 30 bucks :)
