I bought a Timo Boll ALC blade and tenergy 05 and then Andro Free Glue. IN Andro.de they demo on how to assemble, prior to putting the free glue, they put Free Seal for about 2 to 3 layers and let dry for 12hours. then they apply the free glue to the wood and rubber and stick. Is Free Seal Necessary for a butterfly blade?

That would be really hard. You'd also have to be careful that the tennis ball's force does not break the table tennis bat and you'd need to have strong motor skills to manuever the tennis racket to hit that tiny plastic ball.

Necessary? No. Most glues are designed to just be applied to the virgin blade and the rubber. They are also designed for regluing.
